MECHANICAL CLAIMS (NON-UK)You may be due royalties if you've ever been featured on an official cover disc or a compilation album or if your music has been officially released on a physical format (CD, DVD, Vinyl or even Cassette) outside of the UK.
Manufacturing Licencing is administered by the Regional Mechanical Rights Organisation (MRO) in the country concerned, subject to their licencing conditions.
These are then notified to the MCPS in the UK and then to Maori Music.
You can often speed up recoveries to the UK by claiming for specific manufacturing.
NOTE : Your royalties may have been collected by the local society and are now awaiting payment, therefore please leave sufficient time after the release date (10-12 months) before submitting your claim.
NOTE : You cannot claim for DIGITAL / DOWNLOAD releases.
