FOREIGN ONLINE CLAIMS

FOREIGN Online uses are reported back automatically to the Regional Performing Rights Organisation (PRO) in the country concerned, subject to their licencing conditions.
These are then forwarded to Maori Music via PRS For Music in the UK.
You can often speed up recoveries to the UK by claiming for specific usage, however, maximum benefits can be achieved if you are also a PRO writer-member.

Your royalties may have been collected by your regional PRO and be now awaiting payment, therefore please leave sufficient time after the broadcast date (10-12 months) before submitting your claim.
Please note that some countries may have additional requirements for this type of claim, such as the provision of a sound file (mp3) so please upload all relevant audio when submitting your claim.

NOTE : Online Claims may be backdated a maximum of 36 months only.
