We will add your title/s to your catalogue with us and commence work on producing your song/s.
Your fully produced Song/s (WAV Files) and Stems (if required) will be sent out to you via WeTransfer as soon as possible (usually within 72 hours subject to our work schedule).
PUBLISHNG NOTES
a) PRS FOR MUSIC (UK) WRITER-MEMBER?If you are a member of PRS For Music please do not make your own title registration/s with them directly as this may cause un-necessary duplications to appear on their database and prevent or delay the correct allocation of any due royalties - we'll see to everything for you!
b) FOREIGN PRO MEMBER?
If you are a member of a Foreign Performing Rights Organisation (PRO) such as ASCAP,BMI, SOCAN, SESAC etc., then it is your responsibility to ensure your song / composition listings with them are correctly listed / amended to show MAORI MUSIC (PRS CAE / IPI 159804347) as your UK music publisher.
Our standard royalty "split" is 80/20 in your favour.
This will assist in the correct allocation of royalties to your PRO account from the UK.
Failure to do this may delay or prevent the correct royalties from reaching you.
c) CREDITS
It is recommended that all your titles should be shown as "Published By Maori Music" or "Published By Maori Music : PRS 159804347" on CD Labels / Inserts / Flyers etc., and when submitting material for any broadcast purpose or arranging digital distribution for your completed tracks.
