ACCOUNTING RECOVERY TIMESCALES

The time it takes to pay royalties varies, depending on how and where the music is being used.
First the use is reported then matched to the works in our copyright database.
For example, if your work is played on TV in January, we might not know about this until April so the most likely payment date will be our July distribution.
We make payments from all sources on the nearest possible scheduled payment date.

MINIMUM DISTRIBUTION THRESHOLDS
UK Clients : £ 10.00
INTERNATIONAL Clients : £10.00 (PayPal) ; £ 50.00 (Wire Transfer)
Once a year, as part of the October Performance / Mechanical distribution, we lower the threshold and pay any balances above £5.00 to all UK clients.
If we do not have your correct Bank / PayPal details, we will hold any payment until correct details are received.

 The above distribution timetable forms the expected payment schedule for most royalties, however late reporting occasionally causes royalty payment to be delayed until the following distribution period.
Clients should not contact us with any queries until after the second distribution has passed without payment.

INTERNATIONAL ROYALTIES

Royalty Payment Dates for Overseas Societies / Sub-Publishers

We receive money from overseas societies and our network of International sub-publishers throughout the year.
These royalties are either paid to you via your Performing Rights Organisation.
Some societies only distribute International royalties once or twice a year, so it can take a while for you to receive royalties after the broadcast or performance date.
