DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION OUTLETS
- All digital outlets require front cover artwork only, similar to the front cover of a CD; this should be a square JPG / JPEG File measuring 3000 x 3000 pixels at a minimum resolution of 72 dpi.
- Images should be high-quality; Phone / Camera snapshots will generally not be acceptable.
- Blurry, pixelated, rotated, or otherwise poor quality art will not be accepted.
- The only acceptable TEXT content will be the name of the release and the name of the Band / Act.
- All artwork must be copyright free for you to use.

Outlets will generally not approve artwork if it contains:PHYSICAL MANUFACTURING
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Physical Manufacturing releases will require full artwork as appropriate.
- All artwork needs to be in high resolution flattened PDF format with no guidelines or template marks.
- If you cannot provide a high resolution flattened PDF, then provide JPG images in the highest resolution you can (minimum 300 dpi).
- To ensure a quality print it is recommended that no part of the print exceeds a colour value over
300% of CMYK. This is particularly important for black print areas.
For example:-
60% Cyan(C), 60% Magenta(M), 60% Yellow(Y) and 100% Black(K) create a black colour with a total value of 280% which is ideal for print.
100% Cyan(C), 100% Magenta(M), 100% Yellow(Y) and 100% Black(K) create a black colour with a total value of 400% which is NOT ideal for print. - Only submit FINISHED artwork, not drafts, as it cannot be changed afterwards.
- Avoid large plain / white areas.
- CD Labels should have solid artwork in the middle, ie. please do not have the centre hole showing on your artwork.
- Artwork should ideally be to an minimum of 300 dpi resolution with text at least 3mm from any edge and be no less than 7pt size.
- All releases require a BARCODE and ISRC NUMBERS (we can provide these for you).
COLOUR MATCHING
All jobs can expect a tolerance of plus or minus 5% in colour matching between artwork parts.PHYSICAL ARTWORK Photoshop Templates

PHYSICAL ARTWORK Notes

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS (DIGITAL VIDEO)
VIDEO THUMBNAILThe video thumbnail must be 1920 x 1080 pixels and cannot include any social media links on the artwork, including logos.
PROFILE PICTURE
A profile picture must be a minimum of 1000 x 1000 (maximum 5000 x 5000) pixels.
This must just be a press photo of the artist of high resolution with no text.
BANNER IMAGE
A banner image must be 2560 x 1440 pixels in order to fit all screen types, such as tablets, computers and TV's. If you wish to include text or a logo on the banner image, it must be in the centre and can only be a maximum size of 1546 x 423 pixels.
