Your comments / reasons (where provided) are duly noted and your cancellation request will be actioned forthwith in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions.Whilst this can take up to 28 days to fully complete, you are free to make alternative publishing arrangements immediately.
An automated email confirmation of your request has been sent out to you for your records.
No cancellation request/s can be processed if there is an unresolved dispute between the Publisher and the Songwriter/s and if this is the case we will notify you.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
- We will now remove our name and interest from all of your titles administered by us through the PRS notified accordingly within 28 days, when you will be free to find alternative publishing representation if appropriate.
- You will be responsible for any cancellation / changes to any Foreign PRO entries.
- No further royalty amounts from any source will be due to you from Maori Music and you may also forfeit any royalties due on any outstanding "live" claims etc.
- Any current releases through Confidential Records will be cancelled forthwith (if applicable).
No refunds are payable when cancellation is at the client's request, but we will continue to
account to you for any further sales royalties for a period of four months. - Cancellation is normally free of charge, however, cancellation fees may be due if you wish to cancel before the expiration of your determined minimum period of contracture.
- All support relating to publishing matters will cease with immediate effect.
- All tracks accepted for Sync Promo will be withdrawn imediately from the catalogues of the majority of our Sync Agents but those placed through the AudioSparx / RadioSparx networks may have their placements extended indefinitely, and whilst we will remove our connection to any such placements it will be the responsibility of your new publisher (if applicable) or yourself to arrange that any such titles be administered by yourself, going forward.
For Duos / Bands, each individual member is treated separately for contractual purposes.
If multiple songwriters in a band wish to cancel, they must submit their own cancellation request form, otherwise only the contract relating to persons submitting a form will be cancelled.
No further amounts will be paid to any Artist / Composer after cancellation of their contract.
