An automated email confirmation of your request has been sent out to you for your records.
No cancellation request/s can be processed if there is an unresolved dispute between the Publisher and the Songwriter/s.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
- We will now remove our name and interest from all titles administered by us related to you within 28 days but you are free to find alternative publishing representation immediately if appropriate.
- You will be responsible for any cancellation / changes to any Foreign PRO entries.
- No further royalty amounts will be due to you from Maori Music and you may also forfeit any royalties due on outstanding "live" claims etc,.
- All current releases through Confidential Records will be cancelled forthwith (if applicable).
No refunds are payable when cancellation is at the client's request, but we will continue to
account to you for any further sales royalties for a period of four months. - Cancellation is normally free of charge, however, cancellation fees may be due if you wish to
cancel before the expiration of your determined minimum period of contracture.
If this applies we will notify you accordingly, otherwise no further correspondence will be sent. - Any tracks accepted for Sync Promo may have their placements extended indefinitely, particularly
those through the AudioSparx / RadioSparx networks.
We will have removed our connection to any such placements but it will be the responsibility of your new publisher (if applicable) or yourself to arrange that any such titles be administered by yourself, going forward.
For Duos / Bands, each individual member is treated separately for contractual purposes.
If multiple songwriters in a band wish to cancel, they must submit their own cancellation request form, otherwise only the contract relating to persons submitting a form will be cancelled.
